Delivery Information
Within the UK:
Postage and Packaging for orders within the UK are £4.50.
Orders will be delivered by Royal Mail First Class and are expected 1 – 2 working days after dispatch.
Orders are dispatched within 4 working days for items that are IN stock.
For items that are OUT OF stock, expect dispatch within 10 – 14 working days.
Europe:
Postage and Packaging for orders within Europe cost £8.50
Orders will be delivered using Air Mail and will be sent by recorded delivery, this means you shall have to sign upon delivery. Expect delivery 10 – 14 working days after dispatch.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with your order details and a tracking number so you can see the progress of your order.
From time to time it may occur that the item that you have chosen to order is out of stock. If this happens, we will contact you immediately to give you two options. You will have to choice to continue with your order, and we will send you the amended delivery dates or you can choose to cancel your order. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours, we will continue with your order.
If one of your items is out of stock, but the rest are in stock, we will dispatch the remaining items as normal and will get in touch regarding the out of stock item.

Missing Items
If you have received your order and an item is missing, please Contact Customer Services with your order number and let us know which item is missing.
We will investigate and resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
